My Child Says Daddy

Reaching Your Goals…

My Child Says Daddy undertands how important and emotional divorce custody visitation and child support issues can be. When a decision has been made to break up there must be some kind of action. A good plan can provide you with a peace of mind reassurance that you are on the right track. Whether you are seeking primary custody or just visitation, a good plan keeps you involved in your child/ren’s life.

Though My Child Says Daddy started with the intent of fathers having a more active role in their children's lives, it has grown into a program where both parents, the child, and the entire community-at-large benefit.

Ebony CoverFrom Ebony Magazine article: “The New Black Father”—June 2007

“Reggie Brass, founder of My Child Says Daddy, a California nonprofit that provides custody advice for men, agrees that men want to be there for their children— perhaps more than we think. Brass challenges the notion of deadbeat dads, saying that some spiteful women often keep children away from their fathers. “How can I be absent if I'm paying my child support; but the system says that because I'm not in the home I'm absent?” say Brass. “When a woman gets on [government subsidies, some] of those moters would never legally identify the father until she gets mad. That's why it's very important to educate men.”

We are not attorneys, nor is My Child Says Daddy an attorney firm. My Child Says Daddy is a parenting organization.
